ARTHUR FRANK

Arthur M. Frank, Esquire

Arthur received his Bachelor or Arts from the University of Baltimore in 1974. While graduating Magna Cum Laude would be noteworthy enough, what amazed his peers the most was that Arthur completed both 7 years of undergraduate studies and law school in just over three (3) years! Arthur was awarded the prestigious Outstanding Legal Advocate Award in law school and more recently received the Outstanding Leadership in the Law Award.

Eager to help people and future clients, in 1976, Arthur graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law and was sworn-in to be youngest member at the time of the Maryland Bar at the age of 21. Without altering his pace, and within just a few months into practicing law, Arthur had his first series of jury trials, which included serious felonies and major personal injury cases. Many of his high-profile cases landed on the front pages of the local newspapers and television networks, earning Arthur an excellent reputation as a serious legal trial advocate with his clients, attorneys, and judges.

Some of Arthur’s clients have included the Baltimore Colts Marching Band, winning their case against Robert Irsay to continue using the Colts’ name until the new Baltimore Ravens’ franchise came to town (also representing the Baltimore Marching Ravens until merging with our new team). Arthur and his client wanted to make sure that the Baltimore football spirit was kept alive until a new team came back to town.

Arthur had also represented former Congressman Parren J. Mitchell, as well as many other high-profile clients, in his long and distinguished career. He was also on Governor Martin O’Malley’s transition team for criminal justice and administration.
